Outsourcing Factory Inc. is a dynamic IT Services & Consultancy provider established in 2003, through the acquisition of Hit Soft, a successful offshore service provider founded in 1999. The company is headquartered in Quebec, Canada with development branch-offices in Romania, enabling follow-the-sun support services to any of our clients.

The company has been founded by Gerard Szatvanyi along with his founding partners, Alin Dorobantu, Cristian Pirvu and Dan Ragalie bringing together a significant amount of business knowledge and skills in their specific area of expertise. Since the company has been founded it has provided services for clients in three continents (Europe, America and Asia) and 17 countries.

Already in its 4th year of operations, the company continues to grow and develop at exponential speed, doubling operations each year while also constantly consolidating on management and execution maturity. The company is recently ISO9001:2000 certified (equivalent of CMMi Level 3) and Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
