Gerry has more than 7 years of expertise in managing start-ups and medium size IT businesses and ideas to quickly drive them to peak performance. With background in Enterprise Applications, IT Services and Consultancy, Gerry's impressive client and business portfolio sets him in the new breed for global entrepreneurship. Gerry holds a M. Sc. from Laval University,Quebec City. He also holds management and board positions in other start-ups and medium size businesses with IT related activities.

 
Alin Dorobantu, COO, Founding Member of Outsourcing Factory Inc. Nine years of expertise in Application Development, Product Life Cycles and Project Management speak by themselves of Alin's operational leadership skills.  He presents a consistent consultancy portfolio rounded with successful innovation in enterprise applications and a constant drive for operational excellence. Alin holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bucharest University, one of the most prestigious education institutes in Romania.

 
Cristian Pirvu, CTO, Founding Member of Outsourcing Factory Inc. With over 9 years of expertise in managing fast growing development teams, Cristi and his team take over the most complex  technological challenges in different industries to streamline them into effective business tools. Due to his own passion for software architecture and development, Cristi is still a very hands-on professional that consults customers in all over the world. Cristi, holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bucharest University, one of the most prestigious education institutes in Romania.

Dan Ragalie, CMO, Founding Member  of Outsourcing Factory Inc. Dan is involved with the multimedia company that spawn-off  from Outsourcing Factory (www.pictas-interactive.com) as well as with Business Development in Romania and Eastern European Markets. His rich expertise in motion graphics and cutting-edge new media technologies led to high impact solutions for our clients. Dan, holds a B.Sc. degree in Propulsion Systems from Polytechnics University of Bucharest, the most prestigious engineering education institute in Romania and one of the most prestigious in the SE Europe.
